Christmas Mini Session
Booking Terms 2026

By booking and paying for a Christmas Mini Session with Joanna’s Touch, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & payment

Full payment is required to secure your session. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Payments are non-refundable.

Changing your appointment

If you need to change your session, please contact Joanna’s Touch at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Your booking can be transferred to another available Christmas Mini Session date, subject to availability. Christmas sessions are available for a limited period, so an alternative date cannot be guaranteed.

If you or your child are genuinely unwell or there is an emergency, please get in touch as soon as possible. Joanna’s Touch will always try to help and, where possible, move your booking to another available Christmas session.

Late arrivals & missed sessions

Please arrive on time, particularly for 15-minute Mini Sessions.

If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the originally booked time as another family may be booked afterwards.

If you do not attend your session and have not contacted Joanna’s Touch beforehand, your payment is non-refundable and your booking cannot be transferred.

If Joanna’s Touch needs to cancel

If Joanna’s Touch has to cancel your session, you will be offered an alternative available date.

If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for your session.

15-minute Christmas Mini Session

The 15-minute Christmas Mini Session is suitable for up to 3 people and includes 2 fully edited digital photographs of your choice.

If you would like photographs of more than 3 people, please contact Joanna’s Touch before booking so that a more suitable session option can be recommended.

Pets are not permitted at Christmas Mini Sessions.

Children & the session

Every child is different. Joanna will always do her best to help children feel comfortable and to capture beautiful photographs during the time available.

However, specific poses, expressions or particular photographs cannot be guaranteed.

Your gallery & photographs

Your private online gallery will be delivered within 7 working days of your session.

The photographs presented in the gallery will already be fully edited. Your 15-minute package includes 2 digital photographs of your choice.

Your online gallery will remain available for 30 days from the date it is delivered.

Additional fully retouched digital photographs can be purchased for £25 per image. This price also applies to Early Bird bookings. Purchasing additional photographs is entirely optional.

Use of your photographs

Booking a session does not automatically give Joanna’s Touch permission to publish your photographs.

Permission to use photographs for the Joanna’s Touch portfolio, website, social media or marketing will be requested separately and is entirely optional. Your decision will not affect your session or the service you receive.

Christmas Mini Session availability

Christmas Mini Sessions take place on selected dates between 14 November and 12 December 2026. Any request to transfer a booking is therefore subject to the remaining availability within the Christmas session period.
